Location

Overall it was a good stay, but this would compare to a basic hotel, nothing fancy as is implied in the listing. Beware if you are tall--the ceilings are low and it is easy to smack your head. The location was very convenient. The beds are double beds (small) Elena was very helpful when we checked in and when we had an issue with one of the showers. Air conditioning was very nice.

Listing appeared larger than picture. Older building but clean. Location was great for access to beach , train and tram. Good shopping near by. Apartment needs a more usable shower. Design is a bit difficult to use, other than that , very good accommodation.

Godt utstyrt leilighet med air-condition i stue og alle soverom. Godt renhold og hyggelig mottakelse av forvalter. Kort avstand til både strand, gamlebyen og hovedgaten. Anbefales!!

Simply Perfect

This was our first time in Nice and this apartment is everything in the description and more. You can literally walk everywhere. It is spacious and immaculately clean. Jenny was an absolute pleasure to work with. She checked us in and explained every detail. We will be back again soon!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Einziger Nachteil war, dass nur 5 Messer vorhanden waren. Durch die zentrale Lage der Wohnung ist alles sehr schnell zu erreichen.

Fantastic Location

The property was in a great location, close to public transportation and two blocks from the ocean. It was very clean and neat. We had everything we needed for our vacation. The bedrooms were quite comfortable, modern bathrooms with plenty of hot water and pressure. There was air conditioning which we appreciated very much.
