The house is fully available to guests. There is a locked closet for the owner.

There is an elevator on premise for guest use.

No RV’s, recreational vehicles, trailers or boats can be parked on the property. There are several storage places within minutes of Ocean House

Two (2) parking passes permitted

To access the pool, please go the first floor, there is no key required. Pool hours are 9 am - 9:30 pm

No smoking in the property
No pets allowed

Cleaning Satisfaction Guarantee: Your satisfaction and comfort are our top priorities. We maintain high cleaning standards to ensure a pristine environment for your stay. In the unlikely event that you notice any cleanliness issues upon check-in, please report them to us on the same day. Our dedicated cleaning team will promptly address and correct any concerns to ensure your stay is enjoyable and worry-free. We stand behind our cleaning practices and are committed to providing you with a clean and welcoming space!

*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken the guest is responsible for the charge of any item(s).
Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

Guests cannot receive mail or packages to the property, please reach out and we can coordinate an alternate delivery address, if necessary.
