We had a very enjoyable stay. Communication was great and the host was on top of everything, including fixing an issue that cleaners found before we checked in to ensure it wouldn't disrupt our stay. The pictures really don't do the house justice, everything is as described and the space is bigger than we expected. We had plenty of room for 8 adults and 4 kids. The kids really loved the indoor pool and the movie room the best. The layout also allowed everyone to have space to do their own thing - some even worked during the day and weren't distrubed by the kids running around. We hope to be back one day soon!

The house overall was beautiful. It was exactly as described. However, the host did not provide the check-in information until a few hours before we arrived. I had to call the booking company directly to get the host to respond. The house was also not cleaned well. It was a rushed subpar cleaning that was done. There were dirty dishes left in the dishwasher. And we had to clean the kitchen before we could use it. The grill outside was so dirty we couldn't use it. Lastly, we had a bear rummage through the trash while we were there but the host never mentioned that bears were a chronic issue. That would have been helpful to know.
