We've stocked it with videogames, board games, HDTVs, fullsize arcade cabinets, brand new kitchen appliances, lots of seating areas, you might never leave the house!

Did I mention the in-home movie theater? It's roku enabled with surround sound, and even has tiered couch seating! It's pretty awesome.

We had the most incredible stay at The Grand Lodge. We were 26 people- 5 siblings withy our spouses and children, plus our mother, and we came for a weekend family reunion. The house is fantastic! It is so beautiful, has the warmest, and best energy, and PLENTY of space for all of us to have our meals together and hang together! The game room was incredible- I think we used every activity in there, poker, darts, arcade games, ping ping, pool, movie theater, even the nintendo 64 was put to great use and brought back GREAT memories for all of us! Scott was the MOST responsive host, from before we arrived with any questions, and all through our stay, even checking up on us while we were there! It snowed a TON one day and we didn't expect to be plowed, but sure enough, a plow came and the walkways were shoveled! We most definitely want to stay there again- he's such a great host that it seems most weekends are booked! By the way, this was also our first time having MORE than enough garbage space with our own personal dumpster outside. With such a large group, and so much garbage from all our meals, I was worried about the garbage beforehand, but the dumpster was MORE than enough room. All in all, we have the BEST memories from this weekend and definitely hope we can stay there again! Thank you Scott!

We host in the Poconos Mountains, a place we used to cherish visiting our grandparents and extended family as kids. We wanted to bring that same quiet, rural, family-oriented experience to others.

Why they chose this property

I grew up in Philadelphia, and my family rented a house in the pocono mountains in my youth. I loved going up there, fishing, shooting trap, hiking, running around with my dog. Being able to now host that experience for others is a dream come true!

When I was looking for a property, I really wanted one that I and my whole family could come stay at. I also wanted a space that people were thrilled to visit, with its insanely large game room, tons of bedrooms and bathrooms.

Having my entire family there, but also having them feel like we weren't crowding each other all weekend was very important. I love that it's a very open floor plan, but there are multiple living spaces in case people want to do a noisier activity downstairs, or watch tv.

What makes this property unique

Walking into the home the first thing I noticed was the potential. It was originally 7000 square feet but after 12 months of rehab we opened it up to guests and now it's a stunning modern property for large families to enjoy! Every time my family and friends visit they are amazed by the interior decor and thoughtfulness put into every room to make it feel distinct and lived in.
