Enjoy this stylish yet comfortable studio centrally located in beautiful Corktown. Just a quick 8 minute walk or 2 minute drive to lively bustling Michigan street full of restaurants, bars and shops in Corktown! This apartment building is entirely renovated from head to toe with brand new modern finishes. Located directly across from Motor City Casino, and minutes away from downtown Detroit, Comerica Park, Little Caesars Arena, Cadillac Square, Ford Field, Detroit Riverfront, Cobo Centre, and Greektown.
My husband and I put our heart and soul into renovating the entire building so we are excited for our guests to enjoy it just as much as we do!
The unit is located in the back of the building where there are 24/7 cameras and outdoor lighting at night.
There is a camera over looking the parking lot, as well as a camera directly outside of your unit to maximize security.
We also offer a free parking spot in the back of the building to allow quick easy access to your unit.
It's important for our guests to be comfortable and feel right at home! Free wifi.
TV has Hulu and Netflix.

Why they chose this property
Corktown is a lively bustling area filled with amazing restaurants, cocktail bars, sports bars and shops. It's also super close to all the best things in the city - from Little Caesars arena, to the DIA, to Ford Field, to downtown Detroit, to the Riverfront and more!
