Easy check-in and check-out with helpful instructions in the Vrbo app. The apartment was clean, comfortable (bring slippers for the hard floors), and bright, with stocked kitchen and access to a rooftop lounge. The buildings' retail level includes quick food options and The Source Bookstore which has a friendly staff. Surrounded by Wayne State University the area is quiet, lively, and felt safe to walk and explore. Short walks away, the Q-Line streetcar (free), DDOT bus lines are convenient and affordable options for sightseeing and connecting to attractions downtown.The host communicated promptly and even accommodated an early check-in. I’ve recommended this place to friends visiting Ford Field this month and plan to return myself. Highly recommend for a great Detroit experience!
