Regarding cleaning tools, these are available in a small pantry door towards the extreme right of the dining room. Equipped with vacuum, mops, brooms etc. cleaning products are stored underneath the kitchen sink i guess you missed it. The thermostat is set on a schedule to maintain energy efficiency and comfort across the home, however it does allow guest to change the temperature from 70-85 degrees in either direction. It seems like you were having trouble operating the thermostat and I sent you a YouTube video. Maybe you didn’t bother to familiarize yourself. we are always available to make adjustments if guests reach out during their stay. As for the outdoor area, being in a natural environment, insects can occasionally be present depending on the season. We do recommend guests use repellent if they plan to spend extended time outside. The pool closure was a last minute temporary emergency. The issue has since been rectified. If you had a problem using the smart thermostat you could of asked for assistance during your stay. For you to give 2 stars on communication and location or cleanliness is just vindictive because of the pool issue.
