This recently renovated, three-level beachfront villa features floor-to-ceiling glass doors on the main and lower levels, creating an unforgettable Hilton Head Island beach vacation experience.
The main living level showcases a fully equipped kitchen with brand-new cabinetry, countertops, and stainless steel appliances, along with ample dining space for eight guests. The open-concept living area provides comfortable seating and ocean views, making it ideal for family gatherings, movie nights, and relaxing after a day at the beach. Step outside to the oceanfront balcony, the perfect place to enjoy sunrise coffee, sunset cocktails, and the sound of crashing waves.
Upstairs, two luxurious oceanfront primary suites each feature king-size beds, flat-screen TVs, and private en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. The lower level offers a third bedroom with bunk beds, perfect for kids or additional guests, along with a full bathroom and a cozy second family room for games or TV time. Sliding glass doors open to a private oceanfront patio with seating and a grill.
All three full bathrooms have been completely remodeled with new fixtures, lighting, cabinetry, flooring, and showers. A washer and dryer are conveniently located on the entry level.

Beach Access: This property is oceanfront and the complex has a path direct to the beach. You are walking distance to Coligny Plaza, Celebration Park, Tiki Hut and Pool Bar Jims.

Included supplies: Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in.
In the event you, the Guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions.
Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance at the time of booking. This is offered through a 3rd party vendor. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings or political unrest.
