Walk to Powers Landing Beach from this wonderful Chequessett Village cottage. This cozy cottage (approximately 352 square feet) has an open main living area and two bedrooms. The main living area's vaulted ceiling, exposed beams and skylights create a bright and inviting space. There is a loveseat, a flat screen TV with cable, WiFi, dining table, ceiling fan and ductless split unit air conditioner. The nicely equipped kitchen has an electric range, refrigerator, microwave and Keurig/drip coffee maker.

The two bedrooms are off the main living area. Each bedroom has a full (double) bed. There is a bathroom with a shower stall.

Hardwood floors in the main living/dining area and bedrooms.

The exclusive use patio with Adirondack chairs, picnic table and gas grill is an ideal spot for outdoor dining or relaxing. One designated parking space.

Community enclosed outdoor shower, clothesline and coin-operated washer/dryer on premises.

Just 0.2 mi to Powers Landing Beach on the bay and 0.3 mi to Mayo Beach. Walk to town or Wellfleet Harbor for restaurants, stores and galleries. Short drive to ocean beaches, freshwater ponds, live entertainment at WHAT, the Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking and walking and Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, trails and sites.

Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.

Adorable and spotlessly clean cozy cabin in a fabulous location. Easy biking access to Mayo beach, the pier and town. I'd book here again, really wonderful spot!

Return Vacation to the Cape

The cottage was clean, cheery and had everything we needed. The location was in a picturesque area of Wellfleet with great beaches, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed it immensely and will miss our time there.

Location can't be beat. Very clean and well-equipped with kitchen accessories. The only negative about the cottage is that it is very small with very little space to store clothing, etc. This did not hamper our very enjoyable stay however.

Excellent location - convenient to the pier, to town, to the beach and to Rt 6. I understand that this is a cottage, but one drawback for us was the size of the bathroom and particularly the shower. Otherwise, the cottage itself was very clean and charming.

Perfect Location

I recommend this adorable cottage without hesitation. 5 star everything. It was clean, cozy, and had all of the amenities we needed. Though it is small, the loft above the bedrooms provided a place for our 10 year old to relax and watch his iPad after a day of swimming at the beach. Speaking of swimming, the beach was literally a 5 minute walk. Perfect location! We would absolutely love to visit again. If you make the correct decision and visit, do yourself a favor and get some gelato in downtown Wellfleet.

Cozy and Clean

We enjoyed the cottage very much. Great location and it was easy with our own parking space. The cottage was very clean and the kitchen had all the tools needed. It was in great condition. Grill and patio very nice too. Only complaint is the mosquitos. But that’s Mother Nature’s fault. Highly recommend this cottage. The only design problem ( and it wasn’t that bad) the shower is small, so tall or big people might have a little trouble. But we’re short.

Cute cottage near Welfleet Bay & about a mile walk to town. Comes with a parking spot so all the further area attractions are easily accessible too. Comes with everything you need to cook simple meals. AC is a plus especially during heat waves. Nicely appointed & outdoor shower too.

Location is great-close to town with a short bike ride. This particular cottage had a nice private patio, new grill. Very clean inside. Shower is quite small, although outdoor showers are available, too.

Bright and Airy

Everything was neat and clean, bright colors and a spacious, airy feel for this tiny cottage. The cement patio is excellent outdoor space to grill our dinners. Neighbors were welcoming and we were close to good seafood and downtown Wellfleet.

Nice area . .walking distance to beach but a little longer getting into town but still doable.

Paying for linens seems excessive. The cost of rental plenty and should include towels and linens. Nice place. Small. Difficulty showering especially for my husband who is 6' 4". Otherwise quaint and nicely decorated.

We loved the cottage. Clean and bright, great use of a small space. We usually stay elsewhere but it was booked so I found this place and like it better. Gardens is lovely, singing birds. My teenage son loved the loft. Bedsweee comfy.

Really should be advertised for just 2 people, any more and it is way too crowded. Only 1 chair seems a bit ridiculous. The WiFi was spotty, important if one is relying on it for work! Decorations were nice. Location was good. Remarkably quiet.
