Cozy Condo with Water Views. Great Location.

This cozy property has all you need for a relaxing vacation on the Outer Cape and all it has to offer. Located on beautiful Drummer Cove with spectacular sunset views. It's ideal for singles or a couple. Ideal location. The 300 square foot condo consists of two connected rooms, the larger room has a full size bed, fireplace, closet, dining area and a well-stocked kitchenette for your simple cooking needs. The living room area is separated by a door and window shade and has a queen pullout sofa and cable TV. The bathroom is directly off the living room, as is the double slider doors leading out to an exclusive use patio garden with ever changing marsh views.

Directly across the access road on RT 6 is the bike path, the famous PB Boulangerie Bakery & Bistro and Lecount Hollow Road leading to the national seashore beaches and kettle ponds. Wellfleet Center is three miles down RT 6 and Provincetown is 25 minutes away.

There is one assigned parking spot and two shared guest spots available.

Wellfleet condo

The condo was exactly as described with wonderful marsh views! Even though it is small, it is bright and open and feels much more spacious than it is. Perfect for one person or a couple. The owner is very responsive and clearly appreciates her unit. Very convenient to all wellfleet has to offer.

very relaxing stop between trips

Great for walking the neighborhood, reading, viewing the Cove and watching the tides come and go. close to everything from P-town and Truro to Chatham and Hyannis. Loved it. Minor issue with placement of the bed which might be unfixable. Difficult for two to get in and out without disturbing the other but, alas, for a 1 week stay, we managed. It's more about location!

Calm, peaceful with a beautiful view

We found a cozy living space and comfortable lay out at this rental. The view of the tides on the marsh area was my focal point when in the sitting area outside or inside lounging on the couch with a book. The kitchen was ample enough for cooking and there were interesting books and little items around to take notice of. We found a number of little paths to follow in the woodlands. Plenty to do and see in Wellfleet Harbor and Center which is minutes away by car. All beaches are close by; we liked Mayo Beach which is close to the harbor and eateries. The water is warm and calm for swimming. We went to Sunken Meadow beach down in Eastham to see a gorgeous sunset. Nice to return to the comfortable living space to relax. I would recommend this rental highly. The owner is available to answer any questions during the stay. We had an enjoyable stay with many happy memories.

Nice condo, great location

Cute condo, a lot of art work and decoration, beautiful view on the little bay. Excellent location, close to the beaches and restaurants. French restaurant with nice bakery is just across the street.

Location, Location, Location

This small, two room, functional condo has the most fantastic ever changing view of the cove, morning and night. The off the beaten track location makes it quiet yet it is well located in Wellfleet for beaches, shopping and restaurants. It is best suited for a couple or a single occupant, using the pull out sofa couch for occasional visitors as it does block access to the patio when opened. The owner, although not on the spot, reacts quickly if needs be. I would give this rental a 4.5 for but it isn’t possible with the rating system.

Originally form the Boston area, currently living in midcoast Maine. I've been spending summers in Outer Cape for half my life. Since buying my Wellfleet property about four years ago, I've spent lots of time there "off season" and have come to love the peace and serenity found during those quiet times.

Why they chose this property

A dream came true for me and I was able to purchase a small, but lovely, tranquil space in Wellfleet that I'm offering for rent to respectful guests. It's small, but cozy and you can't beat the views or location. Relax on the patio overlooking the cove before exploring all the outer Cape has to offer.
