Wonderful location close to the beach. Charming cottage perfect for the 3 of us. Situated in the dunes with a firepit and screened in porch that was lovely. Very well equipped. Instructions about garbage and recycling was somewhat confusing but they answered me right away when I texted about it.

Property was as described. There was a nice screened outdoor space, could hear the ocean. Had a separate area with firepit. A path led right into Lecount Hollow Beach parking lot, so definitely close to beach.We had small issue that host was easy to contact even on a holiday weekend.Would recommend.

The house was very well equipped and thoughtfully prepared for our stay. We enjoyed the screen porch and firepit area. It is cozy and was perfect for the two of us. The beach is beautiful but a challenging walk down and Up the dunes for anyone with mobility issues. Great proximity to Provincetown.
