YOUR VACATION IS OFF TO THE RIGHT START WITH SHEETS & TOWELS PROVIDED AND THE BEDS MADE!

Both the living room and first floor master have 14' of windows and sliders opening to beautiful views and the deck. Enter to a spacious foyer that leads into a light, bright living room with comfortable furniture and glass doors out to the rear deck. There is also a large, first floor bedroom with king bed, private bath with tub/shower and sliders to the deck. There is a fully-equipped eat-in kitchen with dining table that seats eight and an adjacent formal dining room with a large table as well. There is a second living area/family room with sofa, loveseat, flatscreen TV and slider doors opening to a beautiful sun room.

The second floor has three more bedrooms--all with TV/cable. One of the bedrooms has a king bed and a private bath with shower. The second bedroom has two beds--a queen and a twin. The third bedroom has three beds--a full and two twins. There is another full bath on the second level with a tub/shower.

Comforts include central air conditioning, cable, WIFI, first floor washer/dryer, gas grill and enclosed outdoor shower.

Close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking and walking, Cape Cod National Seashore beaches and sites including Marconi Beach, Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary, wonderful restaurants and the Wellfleet Drive-In (one of the last in the country!). Head to Wellfleet Center and Harbor for more great dining, shops, galleries, golf and live entertainment. Venture on to Truro and Provincetown for even more summer fun!

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
