''3 By the Sea'' is one of a kind luxury property providing the ability to sleep 14 people in three different homes on the same property.
This could be you...: Walk to the beach and explore the flats or relax in the sand. In the evening sit on your deck under the umbrella or grab a beverage at your personal outdoor bar. Grill up some food at the outdoor kitchen and steam some lobsters while the kids swim. Move on to the huge lawn area and play volleyball, wiffle ball, or bocce ball. Walk to the beach with a cocktail to see an amazing sunset. Sit in your Adirondack chairs and enjoy good stories while listening to the crackle of the wood in the fire pit. Entertain the kids with an outdoor movie in the pavilion. You'll be happy here!

The first house is detached, and offers 2 bedrooms, along with new 2 1/2 baths. It features a deck, farmers porch, granite counters, outdoor shower, laundry, and central air.

The other two houses are attached by a two car garage, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath and 3 bedroom, 2 bath home have it all: central air, granite counters, stainless appliances, laundry in the basements, and beautiful mahogany decks to dine on. A must visit summer rental for multiple families who, at the end of the day, want their own space to relax.

Great family getaway: All three homes are situated on a 3/4 acre lot with a large yard that is equipped with a 20x40 in ground, heated salt water pool, volleyball net, outdoor kitchen, and a fire pit for the colder evenings. There is an outside pavilion area with a bar and tv. This is a great place to gather the entire group for meals and activities - even if it's raining we have a large indoor dining room that can accommodate your group!

These cottages are walking distance to Cooks Brook Beach and the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path. Also close by is the Hemingway Landing, where you can dig your own shellfish, or drop a small boat and go striper fishing in Town Cove. Other close amenities are: great restaurants, mini golf, shopping, flea market, go carts, walking trails and charter boats. Be the first to enjoy this Cape Cod experience in style!


Family vacation with comfort: How many times have you been away with friends or family and say that you would love to do that again if you had your own space to retreat to. This property could not be set up better for someone like you. Each family can have their own house but you are close enough to enjoy outdoor activities and meals together. Now you can go on vacation with your family and friends and enjoy yourself.

** Pool heating is included in stays of 7 nights or more. If you book less than 7 nights the charge for heating the pool is an additional $200. ** This charge has to be manually added to the booking or can be taken care of directly with the owners.

Fabulous Cape Cod Vacation Property

My fiancé, extended family, and I just had a wonderful stay at this property. It’s *perfect* for a larger group, with three separate updated and clean cottages, plenty of full and half baths and beds/bedrooms. The common outdoor area is beautiful and has everything you need to entertain. Brianna and Brian were responsive, extremely helpful and just generally nice people. Everyone loved and wanted more details on the property. We hope to return sometime in the future!

Great Family Getaway

Had our three-family summer vacation at this wonderful property. Super convenient, well-located, and thoughtfully appointed. The pool is gorgeous, and the outdoor TV/fireplace were anchors for our evenings together. Appreciated the host’s responsiveness and the thoroughness of the materials they provided. Amazing from start to finish. Brianna was super accommodating given last minute booking. Lots of tips and quick responses to any questions. The property was great for our multigenerational family ages 1 year to 64. 11 of us stayed in the 3 cozy cottages surrounding a pristine heated pool with many lounges. The pavilion with bar, 2 gas grills and stone pizza oven served as the hangout area day and night. Games and s’mores around the campfire. Minutes walk to local beach and amazing sunsets. Close to Provincetown and restaurants. Mini golf outings were a hit. Can’t miss for family retreat or large gatherings.

Awesome Family Reunion

This property is exactly as depicted and was the perfect venue for seven couples. There was more than enough space for lounging around the pool and for enjoying our communal dinners on the patio. All the appliances were in good working order and the kitchens were very well stocked with everything we needed to prepare and cook meals. I highly recommend Three by the Sea as your family resort destination!

Fabulous time

This is a great property for a big group. Having three separate places allows for some separation but we’re still together. The outdoor cook area was fantastic and allowed us all to gather and play and enjoy spending time together. We loved the pizza oven. The pool is wonderful especially since the close beach was closed the entire week. Brianna was very available and helpful. We loved our stay.

We rented the three houses because we had a team of 12 runners running the Ragnar relay race to Provincetown over 2 days. These houses were right in the route of the race. Everything was very new and clean and all three houses were comfortable. The location and setting were outstanding, even though it was unseasonably cool and rainy. The houses were well equipped, I only wish they had a few more pots and pans since we made a big dinner for 16 and that would have helped, but we were able to manage it. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Nice stay.

Great Pirate Family Get-together

Property perfect for our 4 generation get-together. Very nice cottages afforded privacy when people wanted it and well-equipped outdoor living/cooking area great for group mingling. All very kid friendly. Lots of indoor and outdoor entertainment for youngsters. Pirate ship big hit with everybody. Peaceful neighborhood, almost no traffic. Owners Brian and Brianna couldn't have been nicer or more responsive. More great Cape memories for family that loves the Cape.

Fantastic compound

We had an absolutely fantastic weekend at this spot. It was advertised in terms of space, furnishings and amenities and exceeded all of our expectations in terms of cleanlieness, preparation and special touches including games and equipment for kids, outdoor space for big dinners, grilling, sports and movie watching. Why they chose this property

We got married here on Cape Cod in 2000. We searched everywhere for a property like this that could accommodate our wedding party and family. I didn't exist, so we decided to create it. We purchased the property in 2005 with a vision. We are happy to be able to say that as of 2019 season our vision has come to fruition. Welcome to your very own luxury resort, 3 By the Sea!
