Enjoy downtown strolls to local shops & restaurants while staying in this historic 1900s home with modern amenities. Lots of space for your entire group to spread out with 2 living rooms, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with the half bath situated in the sun room off of the kitchen. It sleeps up to 6 people (1 king, 1 queen, 1 single rollaway & 1 sofa).

This space is perfect for a family or a small group in town ready to enjoy all that Murfreesboro has to offer. The architecture is true to its 1900 roots when it was built but the amenities are what you would expect in any modern home.

Great vacation rental

We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed relax, lounge, sleep, cook, and clean up for 4 adults and my daughter.

Visiting family in Murfreesboro

Inside of the house was very nice. The yard front porch and patio furniture need some attention.

We are a true Southern family and pride ourselves on welcoming everyone and never meeting a stranger! We love to take our boys on adventures, sometimes with a just few hours notice. Because of that, we really appreciate when we find great accommodations whether with friends or at a warm, cozy short term rental, which is why we want to make sure ours is just that!

Aside from traveling, we love music and have fun taking our boys to festivals in the warmer weather (which is sometimes January around here)! When we travel, we are always on the lookout for good food and local hangouts so, rest assured, you won't get the "tourist trap" recommendations from us. ;)

We like to live life to the fullest...making each moment count!
