NEW 6-bd home - heated POOL & JEEP. Surfside/south of town

Just south of town, this modern coastal home embodies all Nantucket has to offer. Situated on a private 1/2 acre lot, you can escape the crowds of town yet be moments away from beaches, restaurants, shops, town, bike paths and more. If you prefer to stay home, this custom (2023) home is filled with amenities - a great kitchen (sub-zero, bosch, wolf), hi-speed wifi, smart tvs, 2 laundry areas, 2 large islands, appliance pantry, beach toys, bikes, ping-pong & heated pool.

The main house has apx 3400 sf of living space on three levels, with 2 primary suites (one on 1st floor and one on 2nd) with king beds. The two primary bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with double vanities and heated floors. There are 3 additional guest rooms with queen beds (each with a private bathroom). AND a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4).

In addition to the main house, there's a pool cabana, outdoor shower, separate garage (2024 Jeep Wrangler Sahara can be made available) and ample off-street parking.

Take out the rubbish
Please do NOT strip beds and make sure the cleaners know which rooms/beds were used (so don't even make the bed :-))
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Saturday check-in/check-out is not available. 7-night stay for July and August. A shorter stay might be accommodated with an extra cleaning fee.
Guests may be asked to sign rental agreement outlining use or property.
Renter is responsible for proper use of the pool and property and will not hold owner liable for renter's misuse. Pool has a cover but is not fenced!
