"Touch of Grey" built in 2018 boasts 6 guest suites plus a custom bunk room. There are 12 individual beds in total (8 King, 4 Twin). Each guest suite is equipped with a full ensuite bathroom. The bunk room also has a dedicated full bathroom. There is 1 additional half bathroom on the first floor.

The house was designed with large families, multi-generational families and multi-family groups in mind. It is the perfect gathering spot for a wedding or anniversary party and the house is stocked with everything you could possibly need from extra beach towels, beach chairs, beach tents and umbrellas, coolers, 6 bikes etc etc. There are 3 off street parking spots available, a rare commodity in-town.

There are 9' ceilings in the main floor and basement, cathedral ceilings throughout the second floor. This open living concept transitions seamlessly to the outdoor living area, which includes a 24'x24' IPE deck with a pergola overhead. There is ample outdoor dining space beneath the pergola with outdoor dining seating for up to 10. The outdoor living room features a sectional couch around a concrete firepit. Additional seating/lounging is available on the daybed.

Guests step down from the deck onto a large bluestone patio with 3 chaise loungers for sunbathing. The elevated gunnite spa has plenty of room for 12 guests. Depending on the time of year, the spa heat can be adjusted to the perfect temperature for a refreshing dip on a hot summer afternoon or a warm soak on a brisk spring or fall evening. The outdoor kitchen and outdoor shower enclave complete this outdoor oasis.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The home was stunning, beautifully designed, very clean, and incredibly comfortable. It was the perfect location for the Christmas Stroll, with an easy walk to town and even to Stop & Shop. We also loved how spacious the house was; it fit our group perfectly and never felt crowded.Rich was an amazing host: responsive, engaging, and truly thoughtful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing Nantucket Property for a large group

Loved it here!

We had three families staying with three kids aging 2-7 and one infant and it was the perfect amount of space! It was walking distance to all the shops and local restaurants. It was so clean! The owner was very helpful and responsive and friendly.

Beautiful Home in Great Location

The location is within walking distance of groceries, restaurants such as Island Kitchen and The Sea Grille, and downtown shopping, ferry access and more restaurant options. The home is clean, spacious and well amenitized for working adults and playful children. Communication with the manager is exceptional.

Excellent location and property

Host was very easy to work with! The location, near town, is very advantageous. We had several cars in our group and parking for them all would not have worked at most other places. Rooms are well laid out and everything worked very well. Shared spaces were perfect for gatherings. We were in Nantucket for a wedding, and our group included the bride and groom. All of us were comfortable and enjoyed the space.

GORGEOUS

This home is stunning, you can tell the thought and care that went into this home. The host Rich is fantastic - so communicative, helpful and kind. The location is awesome, walking distance to towns and beaches, and tons of bikes at the property for anything further away! Grocery store is only a minute away. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great ACK stay!

Stayed with a handful of couples and solo friends for a wedding weekend - everything was great and exactly what we needed! Great space and very clean - enough room in the house to hang / cook - great hot tub, etc. Very attentive process from the owner as well. Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for a girls weekend in the Nantucket slow season. Our host, Rich, was incredibly responsive & made sure our stay was nothing short of spectacular. From helping ensure we made it on a ferry in inclement weather, to being flexible with check-in/check-out times - he made everything a breeze. We'll definitely be back!

Amazing ACK Stroll Stay

The property was amazing and exactly as described while being in a super convenient, walkable distance to all of the downtown shopping and restaurants. Our group of adults were all blown away by the property and we all had enough space that at no time did we feel cramped at all. Will definitely be looking at this property for future stays Rich was an incredible host and was easily accessible with any questions about the house in general. Check in and check out was a breeze!

A Slice of Heaven

A beautiful home to stay in during a wedding weekend in October. The hot tub / plunge pool was open, the bedrooms were spacious and the beach accessories were available for use. The beautiful kitchen and grill is perfect for cooking and hosting; the only caveat is make sure to pack your own supplies. We couldn't find much of salt / pepper / coffee filters / etc. Stop and Shop is walking distance and the center of town is an easy stroll in the other direction.

A Perfect Weekend!

I booked this house about a year in advance for a weekend with about 18 of my best girlfriends. I can not say enough good things about Rich and this property. Honestly, the pictures do not do this house justice. The natural light coming through the main floor is just idllyic. Rich was the best VRBO host I have ever worked with - offered help with any planning and checking in with me on a daily basis, being more than accomodating to any questions or requests our group had. Very responsive to texts, and would come by to assist with any house appliance questions we had. The house on its own is tucked away in a perfect part of town where we were able to walk downtown and to the Chicken Box at night! The comfort level of the beds and the sheets was highest quality - everyone kept saying it was the best sleeps they've had in a while (many are moms so this was heaven to them!). Each bedroom qas equipped with its own bathroom which was also ideal. The kitchen was so spacious and had everything we needed. The group is already talking about our return next year. Rich is the best!!!

Perfect weekend on Nantucket!

This house was an absolute dream. We had 14 people in our group and it easily could have slept four more. The photos truly do not do this house justice as everything was even better than we expected - and an easy walk to town! The bedrooms were all large and sunny, each with its own en suite bath, fresh linens on the beds and in the bathrooms, with enough closet and dresser storage to stay for months! The kitchen was completely stocked with everything we could need. We had a chef come cater a meal for us (lobsters, grilled chicken, corn salad, etc.) for which she raved about how lovely the kitchen was to spend the afternoon cooking in! The living room with the fireplace was so cozy and the downstairs living room added even more space for a rainy day indoors. The outdoor space was our absolute favorite. Plush outdoor furniture and the hot tub, which was the nicest one I've ever seen, really more of a swimming pool in size and heated to the perfect temperature. The house was completely stocked and we kept finding delightful surprises like beach chairs and bikes available for our use, two washer/driers, and all the basic essentials from paper towels to all the barware you could imagine, condiments, and cooking spices. Rich was also a delight to work. When we told him the dining table couldn't seat our full group, he promptly ordered a table extension and chairs so we could all sit together. He was responsive and gave us recommendations for ordering a case of wine and groceries. We would absolutely stay here again! Our visit in April for Daffodil Weekend was more than perfect -- I can only imagine how amazing the house would be in the summer months! Thank you, Rich for everything!

We had a great stay at this excellent home. The house was spacious, clean, and perfectly set up with bathrooms in each bedroom and a great outdoor area and great main floor layout. Location perfect for walking or biking into town and a few streets down from the grocery store and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Christmas Stroll 2022

My husband and I hosted 8 friends / 4 couples for Christmas Stroll! Rich’s lovely home was perfect for our group. The home is warm, welcoming snd spotless. The cleaning team does a great job. There was plenty of room for our group of 10 to hang out as a group, enjoy meals together , do yoga, play games and watch movies. And we really enjoyed the fire pit outside and the fireplace inside . The beds were comfortable with quality linens and all bathrooms had nice bath towels. Rich was a great host. Easy to work with and always quick to respond to any questions!
