Completely renovated home with modern conveniences. The screened porch offers splendid views of the majestic mountains surrounding Echo Lake. Ten feet from the water’s edge with dock. Thirteen miles from the Canadian border and the Eastern Townships. Fifteen miles to the international lake, Lake Memphremagog. The house is 200 feet from a 5 mile dirt road that surrounds Echo Lake.
