Quiet lush community with large heated pool, hot tub, tennis court, shuffleboard, billiards, and a putting green! Villa has a open set up for you and your guests! Master bedroom has a king size bed, a large walk in closet and en suite bathroom. You’ll find everything you need in our Villa like a full washer/dryer, cable TV and high-speed WiFi!
Modern kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances and a roomy dining room /living room combo. 1 car garage and a screened lanai with chairs, side tables and a tiki bar. We have sports equipment like tennis rackets and tennis balls, putters and golf balls available for your use. We also have everything you need to have a perfect beach day like beach chairs, towels, beach umbrellas, beach toys, and a cooler! Large screen smartTV with free internet and cable. There are two beautiful ponds in the community with lots of wildlife to appreciate!
Area attractions include first and foremost, Siesta Key Beach, voted the number 1 most beautiful beach in America! 10-15 mins away from villa with free parking. Also nearby are Turtle Beach, Crescent Beach, Lido Key Beach and Venice Beach. Downtown Sarasota (20mins), St. Armand Circle (25 mins) Siesta Key Village (15 mins) and Gulfgate (8mins) have a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops. Costco (5mins ), Publix (5mins) and Walmart (12 mins) are nearby.
There are numerous nearby public golf courses in the area including Stoney Brook Golf Course and The Groves Golf Course. Other famous area attractions are the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, the Ringling Museum, the Moat Marine Aquarium, Sarasota Jungle Gardens, and the Sarasota Opera House.
If you are into nature, we have the Myakka River State Park, Red Bug Slough Preserve, Bay Front Park just to name a few.

Nancy and I were born and raised in Chicago, but have always loved Florida and have been visiting for over 25 years. We began our search in the Florida Gulf Coast area 5 years ago to find our sunny second home. We fell in love with the Sarasota area because it has so much to offer from its beautiful beaches, wonderful restaurants, unique wildlife, amazing shopping to name a few!
