This newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in the heart of Sarasota is fully furnished and move-in ready. It includes a queen-sized bed in one bedroom, and trundle bed in the other, a walk-in closet, and two full bathrooms. The spacious living area boasts a sofa bed, and the condo offers direct access to the larger heated pool, with a nearby communal laundry room.
The communal laundry room is located downstairs (8:00 A.M. - 9:00 P.M.) and accepts payment via quarters or credit card using a downloadable app.
Parking: The condo comes with one designated parking space. Additional guest parking is available with a guest tag (7-day maximum for guests). No trucks or commercial vehicles are allowed.

Why they chose this property
This property is close to everything. You literally are in the middle of everything. Supermarkets, Pharmacy's, Hospitals, Sports Complexes, Schools and the Beaches of Course.
What makes this property unique
We have two heated pools in our complex and our Unit is right in front of one of them. This also used to be a 55 & older community so a lot of the rules contribute to a tranquil environment.
