The nearest marina with full services including boat ramp is Flat Hollow marina 1/2 mile away via road or water. The marina also has gas, ice, restaurant, beer, and small grocery items, and entertainment such as live music. Store your trailers and extra vehicles in the designated parking lots above the marina.

We provide a large propane grill with free propane. The large town of LaFollette, TN offers many typical businesses such as hospitals, drug stores, fast food, sit down restaurants, and full grocery stores. For reference to your target destination, your home is located approximately 15 minutes east of downtown LaFollette.

The home is nice with a good layout & we liked the beds that were available. It accommodated our family nicely. The host was responsive and we appreciated being able to check in early. It was nice having a covered dock but the decking was warped. Maintenance of the home could be better. The oven and pans were in bad shape, the grill needed to be cleaned and there wasn't enough silverware for our group.

Overall this home accommodated a few more guests than I expected to go and had more than enough room! Would recommend if you like relaxing on the porch or great for family get togethers! Will be booking again in the near future.

The house is nice size, great for our family to have plenty of space. Overall the house could use some work inside…kitchen cupboards full with little organization. The master bathroom shower ceiling literally had drywall hanging down and water leak from vent.We did enjoy the dock for swimming and fishing.Would have been a nicer view without the house boats, but understand nothing owner can do about this.

The stay was overall good. A couple things that would have made things easier is having something to wipe counters with like wipes or spray for just in between cooking meals. Also a few more dish washer tabs, 16 people make a lot of dishes. We did like how easy the check in was. When we checked in we noticed some damage to the ceiling in the master bathroom then when the toilet in the bathroom above was flushed we found out why. The water leaked through the floor into the master bath. The fire pit being in the parking lot wasn't ideal.
