We absolutely loved this condo and would definitely rent again! The location was an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed the screened-in sun room and the outdoor space facing the water. Was clean and had everything we needed. Host was accommodating and easy to communicate with.

My stay at the Mad Pearl was amazing. It was adorable! I felt very safe, the location was amazing and communication with the host was fast and supportive- I didn’t have any issues besides with a beach chair that they didn’t know was broken from normal wear and tear. It didn’t affect any of our trip, but I am highlighting how quick they were to fix it and offered multiple solutions. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was perfect for morning coffee on the lanai, short walks to the beach as well as to cool bars and restaurants with tasty food.

The condo was clean and had nice beach chairs, umbrella, and a wagon to transport them to the beach. The beach was our primary focus. We really enjoyed the screened in porch in the evening. The host was easy to reach, responded to questions quickly.

Madeira turn key

Lovely, clean home with all the amenities that you need. Amazing location. A short stroll to the beach and grocery store. You can explore the coast on the trolley $2.25 a ride. The pools at the yacht club were lovely!

Everything was great except the parking issue with the office people. The July 3&4 were bad for parking because the gate was open as a matter of fact it was open the whole two weeks. Not very secure! The owners were great.

Beach Vacay

Perfect spot for a week at the beach! The condo is very nicely updated, super clean, and comfortable! The screened in porch is a great addition and nice place to hang out and enjoy the Florida air! Quick 5 minute walk to the beach with a wagon and all of beach essentials are provided to ensure a great set up! Pools were also very nice and never too crowded. Dolphins could be spotted daily from the walking path around the condo complex. We rented a car but definitely did not need to as the condo is within walking distance to some great restaurants as well as a grocery store and CVS just across the street! Wonderful place to stay! Would gladly return!

Disappointed

Love the area, as my wife and I have been staying in Madeira beach and surrounding towns 3+ weeks per year the past 7 years. With this stay, we experienced our first encounter with cockroaches. After sharing this with Karen, the host, I was baffled by her response. She told my wife, “yeah, there are bugs in Florida, and sometimes they get in with luggage.” I re-iterated that this was our first encounter with these bugs from all of our stays in the area, and assured her they weren’t from our bags. We documented and sent our host pictures with each cockroach we’d found, hoping she’d adjust her attitude towards it and do something. She never so much as offered to have the property sprayed for these nasty critters. After I expressed my disappointment and that we wouldn’t be staying in one of her properties again, she finally tried to be proactive, with only 2 days left of our stay. I politely declined as I was not interested any longer as she was only now offering to try to save her reviews and image. Extremely disappointing stay and filthy property. Owner is only worried about her reviews, not the quality of your stay!

We are surprised about the comments from this traveler, we made every effort and offered to spray plus the complex also sprays. We supply some basic supplies along with bug spray and other kitchen/bath items. We came by the unit and could not get in as we don’t go in without permission respecting a guest privacy. Offered to spray but they had a 3 year old and didn’t want us inside. No past or current issies.
