Welcome to beautiful Madeira Beach! Whether you are taking time away from cold weather or planning a staycation getaway, this waterfront condo is the place to relax, unwind, and take in the beautiful water views.

Featuring 1 king bedroom 1 bathroom with a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Private balcony over looking the water. All new appliances and furniture with a fully furnished kitchen.

The master closet is stocked with everything you will need to enjoy the beach and pool! Beach towels, sand blanket, 2 beach chairs, beach bag, cooler, umbrella, paddle ball, and sand toys.

Madeira Beach Yacht Club is a private community that has 2 community pools, 3 fishing piers with cleaning stations, lighted walking paths, and a community center.

Across the street features R.O.C. Park that has baseball, basketball, pickleball, splash pad, dog park, serenity garden, and so much more! Throughout the year this park hosts baseball tournaments, concerts, fishing contests, and food festivals.

This unit is a short 5 minute walk from Madeira Beach. Madeira Beach features 2 miles of beautiful white sand along with public bathrooms and shower stations.

Downtown Madeira Beach includes the Saltwater Hippie, Cambria Hotel (their rooftop patio has shots at sunset), Amish Creamery Co,, Mario's Italiano, and more just to name a few of our favorites.

Ensure all pool passes (6) are returned to the shell in the kitchen.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

From the Salt Water Hippie to Johns Pass Fishing Village you can always find somewhere to sit, relax, and enjoy all the views Madeira Beach has to offer.

What makes this property unique

We finished renovating our property in November 2025 ensuring every detail of the unit was updated and comfortable for guests. There is nothing worse than going on vacation and sleeping in an uncomfortable bed, sitting on worn down furniture, or feeling like it is a dirty space.

The location is close enough to all the action but there is nothing more enjoyable than after a long day at the beach strolling through the complex at night, sitting on the fishing piers, or taking in the view of the sunset from the balcony. The only thing you will have to worry about is parking your car... everything you need is within a short 5 minute radius.
