This cozy brand new three bedroom cabin is situated on the beautiful Apple River. It has two separate living spaces and two full kitchens. It can be booked separately or all together for a larger if group. Plenty of room for 7 guests (plus kids) to enjoy a quiet getaway to Amery WI. Bring your snowmobiles, boats, kayaks, UTVs or just enjoy the warmth of some tea and a book or game. Whether you are looking for adventure or relaxation, the Pomme De Terre cabin, is waiting for you.

We offer free usage of kayaks, SUPS, and paddle boat when available. The rentals are equipped with everything you need including snacks, local and organic coffees and teas, spices, herbs, sugar, and oil. Wake up beautiful wild flowers, the sounds of birds chirping and hot cup of tea. Relax on your 40x8 foot deck soaking up the sun. Head out for a hike or kayak trip after you grilled out. Roast some marshmallows by the fire and take a picnic rod on the paddle boat as the sun goes down. Add some bubbles to that extra deep soaker tub and grab a glass of wine. Cap your evening at Amery Ale Works and cozy up on the comfy couch watching one of the many streaming services available. The property is currently under landscaping transitions so please be aware that the yard can be uneven and landscape materials and workers may be out. Also, the cabin is situated on the owners property and is a guest cabin. The owner’s family lives on this property. They keep to themselves but you may see them keeping the grounds or using the space.

Lovely place, we rented both sides of the cabin and it was really nice to have both sections. A couple problems with plumbing but only happened once so not a big deal. Nice quiet roads to walk our dogs on and using kayaks was super fun! Really nice county parks close by and state parks as well!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The use of the kayaks and SUPs was a highlight for our son and his 10 year old daughter. Our daughter and son-in-law also enjoyed them. The cabin was fantastic and beyond our expectations. We had the use of both units in the cabin. We definitely will stay here again for a family vacation!

Family Reunion

The house was very clean. Quite location. The kids enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. Our only issue was that some snacks and beverages were not complimentary and we had a 2 year old that was able to open the fridge and grab a juice box. I would recommend this place to others.

SO COZY FUN!

This place was so cute. We rented the Madison and Emery and there was enough room for 8 adults and some dogs. We loved exploring Amery, WI - hiking, getting ice cream in town, and home decor shopping. They have plenty of firewood which was nice to make a campfire with a few times. Very quiet area & owners were accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend!! We had a blast. Thanks again!

Wonderful, well-appointed cabin/property!

We loved our stay at this property! The property owners were so friendly and accommodating, and the cabin was very comfortable and clean and impeccably kept. We are already looking forward to staying again next year - it was beautiful and quiet and so relaxing. We highly recommend this place! The only surprise was that there was another home on the property- the cabin is actually more like a guest house on the owner’s property, so you walk through their yard to get to the water, and you are using the fire pit and such that is part of their space. It isn’t a problem at all, but it was just not clear from the listing that it was a multi-home situation. Thanks so much for your wonderful hospitality!!!

Why they chose this property

It is ultra quiet! It’s beautiful when it snows and when everything is lush and full of life. It is on two large walking loops with hardly any vehicle traffic. These loops are gorgeous and walk along the river for half of the loop.

What makes this property unique

We have permission to build three homes on our plot. We will be considered a miniature resort once our plans are full complete. The space was purchased with the intent to create duplex homes like a small village for vacationing folks like yourselves! Also, our units can be rented out as two separate spaces, or the entire cabin. This gives us the ability to accommodate all sorts of people and groups.
