This unique house is less than a mile to Ponce City Market, piedmont park, and the Beltline, and only 3-5 miles to the Georgia Aquarium, Word of Coca-Cola, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and Georgia Tech, Georgia State, and Morehouse college. You'll be right in-between Downtown and Midtown (old 4th ward) and close by Buckhead. All rooms are fully furnished. we provide linens, towels, toilet paper, and even toiletries for the shower. If you need to entertain, the rooftop has a BBQ grill and offers a panoramic view of the Atlanta and Buckhead skyline. There is a secured 2 car garage with 2 additional reserved parking spaces behind our garden level patio. The sunrise and sunsets from the rooftop is something you don’t want to miss!

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Close and lock all doors and any windows if opened. Turn off all lights both inside and out (rooftop and garage level). 2. Make sure all the thermostats are set to auto, cool, and 76.
3. Please remove trash from inside the home and place in green trash bins on garage level. All garbage must be bagged, blue bin is for recycling 4. Move furniture back to original place
5. Load dirty dishes in dishwasher, add detergent provided under sink and turn on. 6. Place used towels in bathtub or bathroom floor. 7. Don’t worry about the beds, we got it! Thanks for staying!

Great House for Family Trip

This was a great house for three adult couples. Everyone had plenty of space and their own bathroom which was nice. The stairs/elevator were a bit frustrating at times but the overall stay was great. The house was spacious and very clean. The neighborhood is a bit transitional and lots of homeless people around but it was still close to everything and we were able to keep our car in the garage which was nice.

Last minute escape

I had to work in the Atlanta area and I had to bring my daughter with a friend who could stay with her. I found this home and it was perfect. It was beautiful and comfortable and had everything we would need, and then some! The communication was excellent and I felt safe. The home was very well taken care of and had all the extras you would hope to find! I am looking forward to staying again!

Family weekend

We really enjoyed our time at the property. Unfortunately the cold weather did not allow us to enjoy the rooftop space. Just a small inconvenience with the oven but the owner took care of it on our first night at the property. Would have liked the freezer to be cleaner, however the house and location were perfect for what we needed.
