FRONT EXTERIOR:
Located up the street from the Mercedes-Benz Stadium and State Farm Arena (~1 mile), the Heights Compound is a stand-alone 2-level single family home that sits on a professionally landscaped corner lot. As you approach the property, you are greeted with a 6ft black steel privacy fence and entry gate leading up to the front yard space and a large covered front porch featuring a deep day bed that can be adjusted to be completely flat, 2 rocking chairs, a bench and ottomans for up to 6 adults. The front porch features adjustable privacy curtains and dimmable lighting to set the tone in the evenings. The adjacent 6ft. white vinyl fence provides additional privacy from neighboring homes.

ENTRYWAY | LIVING ROOM | HOME THEATER
Upon entering the Heights Compound, you are graced with a large and inviting entryway adjacent to the spacious living room which features a professionally installed Control4 home theater and surround sound system equipped with a universal wireless remote, 12” subwoofer, soundbar and in-ceiling speakers. Set the mood in the evening by dimming the recessed lighting and activating the fireplace (flame colors and heat flow can be adjusted). Kick back and enjoy a movie or sporting event on the 75” smart TV while relaxing on our custom lay-flat reclining sofa (you won’t want to get up)! The entire main level, staircase, 2nd level hallway and Bedroom 1 all feature custom hardwood floors throughout (no LVP).

DINING ROOM:
As you make your way to the dining room, you are presented with a beautiful live-edge wood dining table with seating for up to 8 adults on a designer vegan leather bench and 360-degree turning chairs for ease of use.

CUSTOM WALK-IN PANTRY:
Access the walk-in pantry to grab a light bite from the breakfast carousel or to hydrate at our barista bar featuring an assortment of Keurig coffee pods and Tazo teas. For the barista enthusiast, use our milk frother or glass cone manual brewer to customize your beverage.

CHEF’S KITCHEN:
Take advantage of the large chef’s kitchen and island stocked with all the essential cookware and utensils by preparing an evening meal to enjoy in the dining room with a dimmable light fixture above the table to set the mood. Enjoy a fun conversation with your guests as you cook at the kitchen island with barstool seating. Want to take it up a notch in setting the mood or tone? Activate a music streaming app (ie. Pandora) from the refrigerator touch screen w/ built in speakers. We provide guests with complimentary water bottles, in addition to the built-in beverage station in the refrigerator.

DEDICATED PET SPACE:
Next to the staircase is a separate space dedicated to your fur baby, equipped with a pet bed and food/water bowl. The bed can be moved about the home. Complimentary pet waste bags are available in a kitchen drawer.

STAIRCASE:
Making your way upstairs, you are presented with a Victrola record player/turntable with a few albums available to guests. Guests can also turn the record player to AUX and stream music of your choice via Bluetooth and your mobile device to enhance the vibe during your stay.

2ND LEVEL HALLWAY:
Upstairs on the 2nd level hallway(s) you will uncover 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, laundry room and linen closet.

BEDROOM 1:
Bedroom 1 features a king bed, full spa-like bathroom (en-suite) featuring a double shower head, double vanity and double walk-in closets with custom shelving and drawers. A 55” smart TV is available for app streaming. This room has hardwood flooring and a large area rug.

BEDROOM 2:
Bedroom 2 features a queen bed, full bathroom (en-suite) featuring a shower and bath combo, vanity, a closet with custom shelving and drawers and a seating area. A 55” smart TV is available for app streaming. This room has carpeted flooring.

BEDROOM 3:
Bedroom 3 features a full double bunk bed, walk-in closet with custom shelving and drawers. A dedicated work station is available for guests. This room has carpeted flooring.

BEDROOM 4:
Bedroom 4 features a queen bed, closet with custom shelving a seating area. A 55” smart TV is available for app streaming. This room has carpeted flooring.

FULL BATHROOM (HALLWAY):
In between both Bedroom 3 & 4 sits a full bathroom with walk-in shower accessible via the hallway.

LINEN CLOSET & LAUNDRY ROOM:
The linen closet is stocked with bathroom linens for all guests. The laundry room features a washer and dryer available to guests.

MUDROOM | HALF BATHROOM:
As you make your way back downstairs to the mud room area, you will uncover a cozy half bathroom nestled away.

BACK EXTERIOR:
Heading towards the back door will lead you out to a covered back porch with seating, lighting and ceiling fan (w/ remote control). The back of the house features a large private driveway that can fit up to 5 cars - a rare find in the city! The 6ft. white vinyl fence provides additional privacy from neighboring homes.

CONTACTLESS ENTRY | GUEST SAFETY:
To ensure our guests’ safety and privacy is maintained, the Heights Compound features contactless entry via a keypad and exterior security cameras and motion sensor lighting.
