6th Ave., Sacramento property
The interior of the property was comfortable, clean and nicely updated. The backyard needs a lot of TLC and cleanup. Neighbors can be noisy late at night, but upon request quieted down. Some initial disconnects with check-in, but those were resolved as well

Why they chose this property
Oak Park is a quickly changing neighborhood with much to offer. The home is on 6th avenue which backs McClatchy Park where you can find disc golf, tennis and basketball courts, a seasonal farmers market, frequent barbeques and community gatherings, and plenty of people out for walks with dogs, families, and friends. Just a 5-10 minute walk will bring you to a variety of restaurants, ice cream and tea, gift shops, boutiques, a nursery, a theatre, and more, including some favorites: Oak Park Brewery, Fixins Soul Kitchen, Old Soul Coffee Roasters, Faria Bakery, and La Venadita Mexican Restaurant and Bar. Oak Park is located about a mile from the UCD Medical Center and close to many other hospitals, an easy 10 minute drive to midtown Sacramento, and close to other great Sacramento parks and points of interest. This neighborhood is also unique in hosting a number of events such as First Fridays and Gather - seasonal once monthly community events with food, music, and vendors, as well as an annual Dia de los Muertos celebration.

We are pet friendly!
There are two bikes on the property that are on a first come first serve basis. They are great for taking a bike ride around town for food and drinks or going to the Farmer's Market in nearby McClaskey Park.
