Perfect family beach vacation spot

This is our 3rd time staying at APATB and the 2nd time at this condo. It’s perfect for our family and the location can’t be better. Appreciate the unit being stocked with toilet paper and paper towel to get us started, and it’s great that there’s beach towels and chairs. I also really appreciate the washer and dryer in the unit. Would highly recommend this property and will very likely book again.

Great for short stays

Excellent for a short getaway. We enjoyed the pool with waterslide. Great location, quiet and not a lot of traffic. Appreciated efficient kitchen space and area outside to drop sandy items. Close to downtown Beaufort and ferries.

Cute Beachfront Property

Just like in the pictures! Nicely decorated and the amenities (soap,shampoo,dish detergent) were a plus! The walk was not far to the beach and it was beautiful to hear the ocean waves while sitting on the deck. Bed was super comfortable and slept great! The host was very quick to respond and super sweet. Definitely would stay here again!

Small, simple, perfect!

Oceanfront was my first priority. Comfortable bed was second. Both wishes granted! Bonus: very responsive and friendly property manager. We three adults highly recommend.

Great Little Condo!

This is a very lovely condo! Stacy has thought of everything to include to make the stay like being at home! The bed was so comfy; it made for great sleeping. The beach is quite a walk if you want to be right up at the water so plan that accordingly if you have any mobility issues. I would highly recommend this condo for 1-4 people!

The condo is nice but small. The walk to the beach is a pretty good walk and it makes you not even want go to the water. if I had to measure it, I would say it was at least 800 feet if not more to the water. The pool was great. The kids really enjoyed the waterslide. The hot tub and the grills were in two different places and it’s like everything is just scaled around the property.. If I had to choose a place to stay again with the kids and grandkids, it would not be a place at the beach, but if you like to just hang out at the room and not really walk anywhere, then it would be the perfect place for you, but it was not for us.

Truly Oceanfront

Pros: This is a truly ocean front property. You can see the water from the balcony and living room area. The host is very responsive and open to feedback. There is a pool with a slide that my 6-year old went down for hours. There is also a playground and mini golf for other forms of entertainment. There is a place outside the condo to store all your sandy stuff. The check out process was easy and manageable. The shoreline here at this part of the beach is AMAZING. There is an elevator which makes getting your stuff up easy. Cons: this is really not a true 2-bedroom and I did feel mislead. The 2nd bedroom is right off the living room and has one of those “walls”on a curtain. The reason we like a 2 bedroom is so we can put our daughter to bed and hang out in the living room or balcony. Be warned that that second room is not sound-proof! There is no deadbolt or any lock besides one that can be accessed with the code. The balcony is teeny tiny and can only fit 2 adults. The WiFi is through the condo association so it resets what seems like every 4 hours. We did have an amazing time on this trip. The Atlantic beach area is amazing. We will not be back to this unit as we need a true 2nd bedroom.

The kitchen was not what I expected for the price of the condo. We had four spoons for a condo that sleeps 6, no cookie pans, and the frying pans had lost their coating so were not usable. Also, no wine glasses to be had. We did have two maintenance issues come up and were handled by the manager who seemed very vested in swiftly taking care of them.

Cindy, thank you so much for staying with us i’m so glad that you identified that we do care truly about the unit and we were always available for whatever you needed during your stay, although I don’t believe that your review is completely true or accurate on other items. . We communicated daily because Cindy was hearing a noise that was periodic. We checked with the other units above. We had Hvac and Plumbing go check and we were able to figure out the situation. But never was I told that there was any issues with the stocking of the kitchen. Upon further checking into the kitchen after the departure, there are wine glasses in the unit already and we have since gotten a couple new pans and some additional spoons:) it’s unfortunate that I was communicated with daily via text and messages when I could’ve easily addressed these immediately, but was never given the chance but it was put in a review instead of ever communicating it. Moving forward I would definitely recommend that communication with the host is accurate and honest and not left for a review to deter people from renting a great space:)

This is the second time staying in this room and we will definitely be back! Perfect location for the pool and beach and the view is gorgeous. The bed was incredibly comfortable too!
