Cozy 1 bedroom apartment near Anchorage

We are hosting a spacious 1 bedroom apartment in a quiet neighborhood on a beautiful 2.5 acre property. You have access to the entire apartment with a private entrance. This property is easily accessible, 30 minutes North of Anchorage and 30 minutes South from the MatSu Valley , just far enough to be out of the city, but still close to many amenities and excellent outdoor opportunities including hiking, kayaking, and sightseeing.

A good choice for those who wants to explore Anchorage and the beautiful surround. A very quiet and clean place with all the needed things for a short stay. Great!

It was such a nice, clean, relaxing place to stay after a long fly day. It was super quiet and we felt safe and secure there. To top off our stay we saw a moose right out side our front door.

Peaceful setting

This property is in just the right location. About 20 minutes outside of the city and kindof 1/2 way point for our travels. Right on main line. Very quiet, peaceful and serene. Beautiful apartment. Immaculately clean. The host communicated very quickly. Definitely would stay here again!

Cute little property in wilderness

Chris has a beautiful property in the middle of wilderness. Chris was very helpful and pre arranged requested grocery for our breakfast for next morning given we were arriving pretty late into the night. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay even though it was a short one

Fantastic and very homey and comfortable. Exactly as described. Definitely worth the drive to avoid staying in Anchorage. Great selection of reading material. Very roomy apartment. Next time I have a class up here I will be back!

Great location!

This was one of the nicest places we’ve stayed! Great central location to Anchorage and Palmer/Wasilla. Apartment was well stocked and the owners were easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again. The best deal in town!
