5-Star Retreat in Peaceful Neighborhood – Relax in a quiet, safe area just minutes from FSU and downtown. Guests love the spotless home, cozy décor, super comfy beds, and fully stocked kitchen. Huge fenced backyard with deck and seating has also been a guest favorite, perfect for kids and pets. Your friendly, responsive host ensures a seamless stay, which is another reason why guests return again and again. Experience the home for yourself, and you'll be returning guest too!

Rorry will check-in periodically but likes to give guests their space to enjoy their stay.
We do require guests to sign our rental agreement. The rental agreement comes available after booking is complete. We allow cancellation with a full refund (-4% processing fee VRBO guests), within 2 hours of booking if guest doesn't agree to terms outlined in rental agreement. Once the 2 hour review window has closed, the cancellation policy is in effect.

We are dog friendly for well behaved house trained dogs under 40 pounds. Limit of 2 dogs, We charge a fee of $65 per dog per reservation/stay. We use luxury down bedding in all our properties for superior comfort. We do not offer alternative bedding for those that may be allergic. We do require guests to sign our rental agreement. Sink in master bathroom swarming with tiny ants (don’t leave anything on the counter top), & the threshold to master bath is loose & if you step on it, makes a loud clang (would be an easy fix); front door is loose, even with padlock; garage floor filthy with trash stacked up; sticky kitchen counters; the positives: saw no roaches, bed was comfy; we were unable to take our pets, but no refund of pet fee after notifying hostess well in advance. Hostess stopped communicating completely, about another reserved property, too, & Rorry refused to communicate about a refund she had agreed to. Will Not recommend or be back.

Thank you for your feedback. We take guest concerns seriously and want to clarify a few important points for future travelers. It appears that several of the messages you sent were through the message thread of a reservation that had already been cancelled. Because of this, those messages never reached us, which unfortunately created the impression that we were not responding. That was not the case, and we regret the misunderstanding. Regarding the refund concerns, the refund for the original reservation was initiated, and the $65 pet fee was also refunded. We also spent considerable time assisting with moving your reservation from the first property to the second in order to accommodate your stay. We wish you had contacted us by phone once it appeared you were not receiving a response, as this likely would have resolved the situation quickly. We continuously maintain and clean our properties and address maintenance issues promptly when they are brought to our attention during a stay. Had we been notified about any of the items mentioned, we would have addressed them right away. We appreciate the note about the comfortable bed and that you did not encounter any pest issues such as roaches. Our goal is always to provide a clean, comfortable stay and responsive support to our guests.

Perfect place for pet parents!

We booked this property mainly because of the HUGE fenced in yard it has. There was a welcome basket with treats for our pups that they *very* much enjoyed. Plenty of towels, super comfortable beds, and over all a comfortable stay. I would recommend this house to anyone.

What an interesting and novel place to have a fun and relaxing 4th of July! The home is decorated artistically and the fenced-in yard was heavenly ample for our two furry friends. The hosts, Rorry and Doug were extremely attentive to our every need. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend a vacation here to those traveling with pets.
