This place was literally the cleanest place we have ever checked into through any service/company. Great communication throughout, accurate listing, lovely stay. Location is convenient (9-12 mun) to so many great places to eat, FSU and shopping. Will definitely stay again when in Tallahassee.

This was without exception the best host care in all my many years with VRBO. Host went above and beyond- during a hurricane no less. Outstanding guest experience. Place was so cute, and clean and up to date. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The townhouse was clean, quiet, comfortable, convenient, and the perfect size for my husband and me. It was a cozy, peaceful retreat after some very stressful days due to my mother’s illness and death. The friendly neighborhood cats - Orange, Red, and Gray - were always ready to greet us coming or going, making us smile in the midst of sadness. Gene - our host - was exceptional. He communicated quickly and clearly, giving us all the information we needed. When events transpired that we needed to stay longer, he immediately responded, confirmed the property was still available, and seamlessly extended our stay. All in all, we highly recommend this townhouse, and especially, our host!
