About this property

Private Garden Guest House with separate entrance near FSU, downtown and TMH.

Our home is located on a quiet neighborhood in the middle of downtown Midtown Tallahassee. This separate guest quarters has its own patio which overlooks our swimming pool. We are 3 miles from FSU Campus and only 1/4 mile from Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. We are less than 1 mile from Governors Square Mall and just minutes from great restaurants and shopping. Your room has a queen size bed, private bathroom, along with a mini-fridge for drinks along with a Keurig pot for coffee and tea. Our whole house has a soft water system which also removes chlorine. We are Superhosts with Air*bnb and want to extend that level of service to you through HomeAway/VRBO.

The toilet cannot handle anything flushed except toilet paper and if there is any damage the renter is responsible for all repair bills.
We cannot accommodate animals of any sort due to personal allergies. Thank you for your understanding.
There is no smoking of any kind allowed including tobacco, vaping, or medical marijuana. A $250 dollar fee will be assessed for cleaning.
