Mansion Luxe is a private 4,570 sq ft Port Charlotte retreat for up to 16 guests, with six bedrooms, five full bathrooms, two full kitchens, and room to gather. Make the most of a heated private pool, outdoor kitchen and BBQ, pickleball court, putting green, and a dedicated arcade room.

This expansive two-story home is designed for comfortable group stays, with an open-concept living area connecting a modern living room and retro dining area. Six spacious bedrooms sleep up to 16 guests, and five full bathrooms provide plenty of room for your group.

Sleeping arrangements:
• Bedroom 1, first floor: queen bed, ceiling fan, TV, and closet
• Bedroom 2, first floor: king bed, ensuite bathroom, and closet
• Bedroom 3, first floor: two queen beds, TV, and closet
• Bedroom 4, second floor: queen bed, TV, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom shared with Bedroom 5
• Bedroom 5, second floor: queen bed and bunk bed, TV, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom shared with Bedroom 4
• Bedroom 6, second floor: primary king suite with an ensuite bathroom, TV, closet, and private balcony

Each bathroom includes fresh towels and washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer. The home also has a bathtub, tiled walk-in showers, modern fixtures, and hot water.

Two fully equipped kitchens make group meals easy, with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, refrigerators, ovens, stoves, microwaves, cookware, utensils, and Keurig coffee makers. The main kitchen features a large island and double wall oven.

Enjoy entertainment indoors and out:
• Seven large flat-screen HDTVs with Netflix and Disney+
• Dedicated arcade room with NASCAR racing, Golden Tee Golf, Ms. Pac-Man, bowling, and a boxing machine
• Game console, board games, books, and reading material
• Full-size practice pickleball court and mini-golf putting green
• Private heated pool, outdoor shower, sun loungers, outdoor dining area, private outdoor kitchen, and BBQ grill
• High-speed Wi-Fi up to 50 Mbps, Ethernet connection, and a dedicated workspace

Central air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a fully fenced private backyard add comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire Mansion Luxe property, including the private pool, backyard, outdoor amenities, arcade room, and both kitchens. The only exception is a private locked supply closet.

Enter through the private entrance with self check-in available any time after 4:00 PM via smart lock. Your unique access code will be provided on arrival day. Free parking is available on the premises.

You will have a private, self check-in stay, and the host will not be present at the property. Assistance is available by phone or message should any questions or needs arise during your visit.

The home is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, fire extinguishers, a first aid kit, and exterior security cameras. One security camera is located at the front walkway of the home.

A thorough cleaning protocol includes sanitization of frequently touched surfaces, countertops, doorknobs, and bathrooms. Complimentary detergent pods and dryer sheets are provided for the in-unit washer and dryer. Long-term stays are allowed.
• No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays
• No Smoking of ANY KIND inside or infront the unit (Only permitted in the outdoor of the house)
• No Extra/ Overnight Guests (Extra guests not stated in your reservation or if the number doesn`t match we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
• No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture. (unless otherwise specified)
• No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.
• No Pre-Check in Bag Storage. (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee)
• No Pets allowed
• No Loitering in front of the house/disturbing neighbors.
• No loud noise or music past 9 PM. Please respect the neighbors, especially while enjoying the backyard patio.
• Please do not flush bulk toilet paper or feminine products in the toilet bowl to prevent clogging.
• Damaged or Missing Property: Guests are liable for any damaged and/or theft at the property caused by the guest, their visitors, or other persons present in the unit during the guest’s stay. This includes damage to rooms, art fixtures, furnishings, electronics and kitchen equipment.
