This was the most wonderful place to host our big family and celebrate my father turning 80 years young! The game room was an absolute blast and where we ended up at the end of every night, laughing until we cried. The host was so quick to answer any questions I had and made our stay so easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend the house and the host for next level family Florida fun!

Our host, Tyler, was very personable, kind and responded very quickly to messages. The home was spacious, very clean and met all our expectations for a family gathering. All types of games for entertainment; kitchen stocked with amenities and cozy blankets nearby wherever you sat. Truly a home away from home!

Tyler was an amazing host. He was quick to respond to any questions we had either through text or phone calls. The house was spacious and comfortable for 14 adults. Arcade room was a lot of fun. Two kitchens made cooking and entertaining very easy. House was very clean on arrival. Also a great location

Family vacation

This stay was perfect for our family. The ages of our grandchildren range from 17 to 3 and it worked well for every age. I would highly recommend. Tyler was very good to work with and made our stay a good one.

We were together for a long weekend and it was a wonderful time. The kitchens were very well equipped. The home is very spacious and has room for visiting in large groups or you can move to another location in the house and have more quiet time. The arcade was enjoyed by both the young and the young at heart. The pool was a big hit for the kids. Pickle ball was also a hit.I had a few questions for Tyler and he always answered back quickly and was very accommodating to all our needs.

We had a great stay at this property. We were in the area for a baseball tournament and a large group of us stayed here together. The game room is awesome. The kids and adults had a blast. Kids loved the pickleball court too and were out there for hours. House had everything we needed and the rooms were very comfortable. Some nice little touches too, like the notebook where you can leave a message to the homeowner about your stay, and a beach tent, cooler and chair to use. Kitchens were well stocked with dishes, glasses, etc. Bathrooms had plenty of towels. The large kitchen/living area was great for our group. We spent most of our time there. The one negative we had was the pool. It was a little underwhelming, but that didn’t stop us from using it. Tyler was great. Any minor issue/question we had, he was very responsive and helpful. Would stay here again. Great place for large groups.

Lots of room. Lots of games and fun activities on site. Great cooking area inside and outside. Having two full kitchens is super helpful. Plenty of room for parking lots of vehicles. Cool pickle ball court and mini golf putt. Plenty of eating space. Communication with owner was great. This house had everything we needed for an amazing vacation. It was clean, bright and very comfortable. Best features include the large bedrooms and bathrooms, dual kitchens, amazing laundry room with oversized washer and two dryers, outside grilling area, plenty of space. The arcade was an incredible hit. Most days were spent around the pool. It was clean, warm and well maintained. It is located in a residential neighborhood, but once inside, it's easily forgotten due to the tall privacy fences. The communication was great and immediately responsive to any questions. We would confidently recommend this vacation home and would definitely vacation here again.
