--Heated to 84°F; warmer temps available by request for a small daily fee (please arrange in advance)
💧 Water Note
Home uses filtered well water. It’s purified, but the taste can differ from city water (bring bottled water if you prefer).
⚠️ Safety, Accessibility Notes, & House Rules
--Homes are NOT baby-proofed (no outlet covers, no cabinet locks, furniture is not secured to walls, no cribs provided, etc). Guests are responsible for their safety.
--No pets, parties, or events – we value the relationship with our neighbors, and strive to keep the home in top condition.
--Max 16 guests (strictly enforced due to a very sensitive plumbing)
--This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Out of respect for neighbors (and because one nearby neighbor is especially sensitive to sound), we ask that outdoor voices and music be kept very low after 8 PM. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM – 8 AM.
--If your group is looking for a space with a bit more flexibility for outdoor evenings, please consider checking availability at our Gulf Getaway Duplex, which may be a better fit for your stay.
--A noise monitoring device is installed in the pool patio area to monitor noise levels (no audio recording)
--The property includes a front door camera and a camera overlooking the pool area. No interior spaces are recorded.
⏰ Check-In / Check-Out
--Check-In: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
--Check-Out: 10:00 AM
--Note: We always try to provide early check-in and late check-out opportunities when possible. (It is simply dependent on whether or not it’s a same day check-in/out, the condition in which the previous guest left the home, and our cleaners’ schedules.) Please notify us if you would like early/late check-in/out, and we will do our best to make it work! 🕚
--Guests will receive key code & detailed check-in instructions via message on the morning of arrival.
--Port Charlotte operates on Eastern Standard Time (EST).

We’re excited to welcome guests from all backgrounds and want to make sure every stay is enjoyable, safe, and comfortable for both you and our neighbors. To help us maintain a great experience, we ask that:
--The primary renter is 25+ with a verified government ID.
--Guests have positive prior reviews, or if not, a fully refundable $500 damage deposit hold will be required. This is an authorization hold only (not a charge) and is released at checkout once our team confirms the home is in good condition.
