A 3 bedroom, 2 bath 2 story condo in the Golf View Village of South Down Shore. Golf Village has views of Laconia Country Club, its own private swimming pool, and is centrally located to all that South Down Shores has to offer. The unit has 2 downstairs bedrooms (one with a king size bed and the other with a double bed) and 1 large bedroom upstairs (with 3 twin beds). There is also a sleeper sofa in the family room. The unit has wifi, all appliances (including a gas grill), is clean and well cared for.
South Down Shores has 4,000 feet of shoreline on Lake Winnipesaukee, sandy beaches, a beach house, 2 tennis courts, a basketball court, sand volleyball court, skating pond, cross country ski trails, walking trails, and a children's playground. South Down Shores is a private gated community in the heart of New Hampshire's Lakes Region. Laconia Country Club is located next door and Gunstock Ski Area is about 15 minutes away.

Enjoyed the Snow!
We had a marvelous time in mid-January 2015. Our 5 young grandchildren loved the snow and the sledding on the South Street hill. Three of them were from Orlando and had never seen snow. The Golf View condo rental in Laconia, NH was superb! Clean, neat, spacious, everything that we needed.
