This cottage offers an ideal retreat for families, friends, or couples seeking a romantic escape. It's brand new, equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a memorable stay.

Tee off at Cliffs Valley, cycle the picturesque route to Saluda, or discover the myriad state parks in the vicinity.

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage on the screened-in porch.

The high ceilings give an open airy feel to a cozy living space. Cuddle up and watch a movie on the 55” TV and enjoy the warm artificial log fireplace on chilly winter days. There are 2 side chairs and a full sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. Also, enjoy a variety of games/cards for a fun game night.

The full-service kitchen includes a stove, air fryer, fridge, coffee bar and cookware.
-Keirg coffee maker: Coffee pods, sugar, sugar alternatives, and creamer
-Basic spices: salt, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, grilling seasoning and butter

The bedroom is private and spacious. Featuring a brand-new high-quality queen size mattress, TV, and separate heat/AC unit. Plenty of room for a pack and play for the little one in your family. Luggage rack and hangers are provided to keep your things organized.

The loft has solid wood stairs for children and adults to easily access. The very spacious area has two twin beds perfect for children or fun-loving adults in your group! There’s also a reading nook with children’s books to unplug from the day.

Have fun roasting marshmallows or cozy up with your love by the firepit!

Up State Convenient Location

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cozy cottage. We loved the location which made it easy to enjoy many beautiful locations in South and North Carolina. The owner has thought of all the little things to make the stay more enjoyable. The bed was very comfortable and we especially enjoyed screened in porch.

The only negative I have is the location. It is right off the main Hwy and you can see and hear the loudness of the vehicles. The place itself is perfect. It is cozy and very clean. Everything you need for a getaway. Will definitely stay there again.

Delightful

The cottage was delightful - clean and cozy. My mom (74), her cousin (also 70’s) and me (48) stayed a single night to enjoy the nearby mountains and wineries. We all enjoyed staying here. The loft is suitable for kids and kids at heart. Road noise was minimal. I often need earplugs to sleep away from home, but didn’t find them necessary here. Group consensus was that each of us would enjoy staying here again.
