Really cool little cabin. Comfortable furniture and bed, pretty close to hikes in all directions, hot tub for after hiking, quiet area, town/restaurants 20 min away. Everything we were looking for.
Kirk was flexible with a reasonable departure time amendment (at no extra cost)! So, we had a place to stay until time to visit the nearest church. The place was impeccably decorated with rustic cozy architecture! Loved the kitchen area and gas log fire as an optional heat source. The barn doors on the bedrooms was another great idea to add to the rustic vibe. Beautifully situated in a mountainous country setting yet convenient to lots of great restaurants and the Blue Ridge Mall.
Lovely mountain cabin. Has everything you need, plenty of kitchen essentials and everything works in perfect condition. The home is cutely decorated and comfortable furnishings.
We totally enjoyed our stay there.
Kirk’s place was exactly what we wanted. He was very responsive, had an issue with water and he fixed it right away. Everything was wonderful. The only drawback was very little water pressure. The hot tub was nice and hot and the cabin was very well stocked! We will be back!
I stayed here for two nights with a couple friends and it was great! The drive up can be a little strenuous if you are in an older vehicle (just a warning). The place and view was beautiful. Beds were comfy and the fireplace was nice. My only issue was the hot tub didn't seem super clean and the grill wasn't well maintained. Other than that it was a wonderful stay :)
Had a minor issue with the water upon arrival, due to a storm the previous night. The host amswered his phone immediately and was at the property to resolve the issue promptly. Great service and the cleanliness of the cabin was top notch! Highly recommend!

Last minute change to this cabin. Our reservatiion was for a lake cabin that was damaged in a storm. ) a tree fell on it,) The cabin that was offered in return was clean and lovely. We had a wonderful stay. It was very private
Just wanted a short Getaway and reunite with an immediate Family member. The Cabin was just right. Very Clean and accessible. The Host, Kirk, answered several questions like: Great Luncheon Spot, A Butcher shop, A Restaurant with great Steaks. There were little Direction Tabs on Light Switches that told us what they were for so we didn't have to click to find out. A book provided told us how to operate EVERYTHING and it really made things easy. We were very Pleased and thanks Kirk.
Great cabin on a beautiful mountainside property. Very private, no streetlights, pretty secluded and extremely quiet. WiFi was a little spotty but you're literally on a mountain, so given the location it was pretty darn good. (Also none of us cared bc that's not what we were there for.) It was just a few minutes from the town of Hendersonville, where we went gem mining and had the best brunch at HenDough. The cabin was super clean, the beds were comfortable and the showers had lots of hot water/good water pressure. I typically don't use pillows at a vacation rental but the ones here were so soft and squishy. We all got a great nights sleep. Only two of our party of 3 used the hot tub but it was easy to use and it stayed nice and hot. We didn't have any issues during our stay so we didn't need to contact the host, but I had a question on checkout and he was very responsive and friendly. If/when we come back through we would absolutely stay here again.
