Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Located at the heart of downtown Lawrence - 9th & Mass. This spacious suite has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and in close proximity to everything downtown. Windows overlook charming Massachusetts street and large skylights make the suite feel large and inviting. Smart televisions, fully kitchen, coin-op W/D, elevator access, and WIFI. Steps away from all of the coffee shops, restaurants, and retail. STR-23-00058

Parking
There is free parking on the upper floor of both parking garages downtown and free two-hour parking in lot behind the building. The closest garage is the New Hampshire Street garage which is one block directly to the East (behind the US Bank tower). There is also free parking and overnight parking in all city owned lots and on Massachusetts street after 6:00 pm until 9:30 am. Parking is free on Sunday.
The parking also can be paid with the app Passport – which works well and is very convenient

Cute and convenient VRBO!

Such a great location on downtown Mass. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed during our stay. Loved the addition of games, books and extra toiletries for us as guests. Modern decor and super clean. Perfect distance to all shops and restaurants. Will stay again!

High School Reunion

This is one of the best VRBO properties I have stayed at. The apartment was beautifully appointed, in the center of downtown with the great restaurants and shopping and the parking for being downtown was convenient. Would highly recommend!

Perfect for Lawrence Get Away

The hosts were extremely friendly and quick to respond. The unit is on the best street in Lawrence, Massachusetts. Walk out the door and within 5 minutes you have shops, bars, pubs, restaurants, cafes, you name it. We would definitely stay here again. It was spotless. Excellent for 2 couples or even 2 families

Trip for the Basketball game

We had 3 adults and two kids, slept very comfortably. The beds were great, bathrooms and towels were great! There was a TV where you can sign into your streaming services, but then will automatically sign you out if you set it up. Dishes, plates, silverware, pots, plenty to make meals, but we didn’t.

Apartment on Mass!

This cozy apartment couldnt be better! The location is amazing for walikg on Mass. Easy access to all the restaurants, bars and shopping! The entry process was easy and we felt very safe. The apartmnet had all the amenities needed for a comfortable weekend. We will def be ba k! for a comfortable weekend

Perfection

This was the perfect place for a little staycation over the Thanksgiving weekend. One adult, two college age kids home on break, a well equipped condo, and a holiday view of Mass Street. What’s not to like? John & Karry had everything one could ask for and the space was clean & very comfortable. The location cannot be beat, and every step of the process was simple, even asking for a late checkout, which was much appreciated. I live in Lawrence, and this was my first time visiting one of these suites.it won’t be my last. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Love the location of this rental. Everything for entertainment and dining was just steps away. We all had room to spread out, the kitchen was well stocked, and the coffee bar was TOO well stocked ( usually only drink 1 cup each morning, but it was too enticing so i tried to try them all lol). ).)sleep with a souLOL

KU Reunion

Our daughters went to KU and now live in Southeast Florida. They loved their time at KU and my husband and I live about 4 hours away from KU so we were all missing the great vibe and times we have all had there so I reserved this little gem off Mass Street for a KU weekend. I am very picky and this place knocked my socks off. Cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed at! Everything you need and more in the kitchen and bathrooms. Even had extra toothbrushes if you needed them, which two of my group did forget theirs. I loved the sonic style counter ice machine! Had everything I needed to cook with in the kitchen! The beds were very comfortable and the owners were fantastic to rent from and very quick to return any correspondence with me. I will say we all were super impressed with the total remodel of the apartment, the location, the cleanliness, and the stocked kitchen and baths! Just wow! Super impressed. Would highly recommend this VRBO apartment to anyone visiting Lawrence!
