Awesome place to stay! Great location, Jaclyn was very prompt with responding to messages. Super easy to get to, cute little house that was close to everything and the price was so much better than any hotel on a game weekend. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Cozy place on a quiet street perfectly located within walking distance of Mass St. Wonderful amenities include ample parking, a fantastic washer and dryer and a welcoming front porch. We would definitively rent this place again!

It was exactly what we needed. Great location and easy to walk to Mass. Only thing I’d recommend is having more furniture and allowing the temperature to be adjusted. We got hot at night.

We were in town for a Dance competition. Check in was super easy, owner very responsive. Home is very close to downtown and KSU! Recently remodeled #facts we felt like we were the first one's to stay in it.

This is a cute place in an adorable old neighborhood. All the necessaries are there for a great stay. Furniture is spartan, but clean and neat. Be sure to check guest instructions regarding the thermostat to save yourself some time figuring it out. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

The place was clean and safe. Almost no furniture or blankets. The whole house echoes due to no rugs or furnishings. It could be so nice

Our listing is intentionally designed with a clean, minimalist style, but it does include all essential furnishings—a sofa, chairs, side tables, beds, a dresser, nightstands, and outdoor seating. The hall closet is stocked with extra pillows, blankets, towels, and a variety of games for guests to enjoy. We work hard to keep the space comfortable, functional, and uncluttered for every stay.

I needed to come to Lawrence because my daughter, a KU student was very sick. Jaclyn was very responsive and accommodating of my needs. The house and location was exactly what I needed to get my girl better. Thank you, we will book again.

Beautiful & Comfortable Jackie is a wonderful host and has provided a beautiful and comfortable home in a perfect little neighborhood close to Mass Street. The home is recently remodeled and it has been done well and decorated nicely! The neighbors were friendly and welcoming, too!We walked the neighborhood brick sidewalks most nights and enjoyed the flowers and lightning bugs.A few things to keep in mind:*At the time of our stay, there was no laundry available on site. Didn’t even think to verify before booking. We packed a bit light because we were moving our daughter to KU from out of state. We went to a laundromat for a quick load. No big deal. * The house is decorated nicely. In the evening, it would have been nice to have a couple lamps in bedrooms and living room.
