Downstairs includes 3 cozy bedrooms, a full bath, dining for 8, a spacious living room, and laundry. Upstairs, you’ll find 2 more bedrooms—including a kid-friendly bunkroom with a toy nook—and a renovated bath with walk-in shower and soaking tub. Enjoy morning coffee or evening breezes on the upstairs balcony.

The second living area boasts a 75” smart TV, perfect for game day or movie night. Whether you're exploring Mass Street or cheering from afar, QB Quarters brings comfort and Jayhawk pride to every visit.

Off-street parking for two is available in the alley-access lot, with free street parking out front. Walk to downtown, visit campus, or relax and enjoy the legacy of this Lawrence favorite.

You may utilize the whole house with the exception of the locked garage and several closets that store additional items for the owners and cleaning team.

My family and I stayed here to participate in the softball top gun invitational. This property was well accommodating for six adults and four kids. It was in a great location and near just about anything you needed to have access to. I would definitely recommend and would look forward to staying at this location in the future.Communication with the property manager was immediate and concise, very supportive.

We stayed at this lovely 5 bedroom house located just off 6th street in the Old West Lawrence neighborhood. We were here to visit family, but this house is walking distance to KU stadium (5 blocks), and would be an ideal spot for game weekends/nights. The house was well appointed and quiet, with ample street and offsite parking. A nice addition to it’s amenities is a newer porch/deck and seating on the front of the house that is not listed or pictured on its listing. The hosts were welcoming, responsive and addressed a maintenance issue very quickly, with minimal disruption to our stay at the house. We liked this house and would definitely like to return!
