Enjoy some peace and tranquility in this beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bath Casita with spectacular mountain views. The Casita has its own in house laundry, full kitchen, large living room that opens up to private walled patio with seating. The home also has front porch seating. You will enjoy having some coffee or dining alfresco.
Situated on the hill on 5 acres is this Very special quaint little house. It's like you're walking back in time with all of the modern amenities.
Access to a beautiful heated pool which is shared with another 1 BR, 1 BA guesthouse, a 6 BR, 5 Bath house and a 2BR house all are located on this large parcel of land.
If you are looking for a party house, this is not the place for you.
The fireplace is decorative only.

This neighborhood is comprised of large lots, is very quiet and private and rather secluded.

What makes this property unique

This is a 5 acre property with unobstructed mountain and desert views. The property consists of a main home, this 1 bedroom, 1 bath Casita and a 3rd separate unit we call the Artist Studio which is also a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit. The property has a walled & gated, heated pool.
