STAY proudly presents "Solo Fish." 4-bed, 4-bath + POOL vacation home centrally located to all. Our home features an outdoor swimming pool with bar, perfect for entertaining! The lower has a second living area complete with a queen-size bed and a convenient kitchenette. There is an abundance of space for the whole family to relax and have fun. Smart TVs, high-end furnishings and cozy fireplace in the main living. "Solo Fish" is a 10min walk to beach, ensuring an enjoyable escape for everyone.



The Space:

All the bedrooms are great sizes with plenty of space for getting ready or relaxing. The master bedroom comes with a beautiful gas fireplace.



The outdoor bar is fully stocked with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, sink, smart tv, bar stools and half bath for your convenience.



The Neighborhood:

Cozy, residential 10 min walk to beaches and 5 min drive into Downtown Newport. Easy 1.2 mile walk to Newport famous Cliff Walk and less than 10 mins Aquidneck Ave with multiple restaurants and shops.

A Middletown Gem

Everything about our stay was perfect. The house was extremely clean and very spacious! We were there celebrating my wedding and hosting many people. All the girls got ready there in the morning and we had so much room! Taking pictures in the home that will last us a lifetime made is super easy due to how clean and modern the home was. We all felt so comfortable there and really enjoyed the backyard as well. We will definitely be coming back!Lastly, the management team was 10/10. They answered every phone call and email when we had questions. Plus the girls we spoke to on the phone were so sweet!Thank you!!!!
