This quaint little duplex is nestled right in the heart of Midtown. Located in the "historically hip" Cooper-Young district, a 6 min. walk to Tiger Lane/Liberty Stadium, and a short drive downtown, this home is ideal for a game weekend, couple's getaway, or anyone traveling for work.
The space
This charming 1 bdrm/1 bath studio has been renovated with love to provide our guests a quality stay. Fully furnished with 1 king + portable twin bed, it sleeps 3. The living room has a smart tv with Netflix provided and lovely bay windows that make the space feel light and airy. There's a small dining table that could double as a work desk with guest access to wifi. Kitchen is stocked with the necessities and there's a washer/dryer available for use.
Street parking only as the driveway is reserved for other tenants.

Guests have access to the entire house, with their own private entrance and exit.
