This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is located in the Palm Manor community which is close to the scenic beauty of Manasota Key. This community offers a relaxing yet vibrant environment for residents.
The master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bath with a new walk-in shower, which was completed in October. Bedroom two has a queen bed. Bathroom two has a tub/shower combo. The condo features an open concept area that connects with living area, dining area and recently renovated kitchen with granite countertops and raised ceilings for a bright atmosphere. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room.
You can enjoy a refreshing swim in the community heated swimming pool or take advantage of the tennis courts and community center for gathering at special events.
The complex is located close to several beaches on Manasota Key or Boca Grande as well as shopping and restaurants.
Full Month required for January, February and March. Seven-night minimum rental required for all other times of the year. No mailbox access.
