AMAZING!

We went on a girls trip for a long weekend and concert. Everything was in walking distance. Always felt safe walking around. I would recommend The Cove to anyone going to DT Wilmington.

My daughter and I had always wanted to stay on a houseboat and that dream came true in the best way possible. I was afraid that the house would not be as pretty as the pictures, however, the pictures were straight on. The house was beautiful, clean and fully furnished with everything that we needed for our stay. The area was quiet and within walking distance of many things that we wanted to do and see. I enjoyed drinking my morning tea outside on the upper deck and we also enjoyed dinner there as well. I would highly recommend staying here.

Awesome property. We came down during a very dreary, windy and rainy weekend, so we could not really get the experience we were hoping for, but the property itself was awesome and the setup that the hosts have for providing service is top notch. My only note to other VRBO guests is that this is a floating home - houseboat - so on windy days, there is movement side to side and up and down, so if you are prone to seasickness, take precautions.
