Welcome to our delightful 3-bedroom retreat on the upper level of a duplex nestled on a quiet street in Saint Paul's Macalester-Groveland neighborhood. You'll be just a block away from the historic Summit Avenue and the lively Snelling and Selby. Allianz Field, grocery stores, restaurants, colleges, universities, and many transit options are all within walking distance.
The rooms:
• 2 bedrooms have queen beds, dressers, and closets
• 1 bedroom has full size bed and closet
• Memory foam mattresses and 100% cotton sheets, blankets, and duvets
• Each room has a luggage rack, hangers, and a laundry hamper
The bathroom:
• 1 full bathroom with an oversized soaking tub, hair dryer, towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner
The living areas:
• Plenty of living space to spread out: dining room, living room, sun room, and nook with a desk and chair

You're just a walk away from many local restaurants, shops, colleges, and Allianz Field. You can also drive to pretty much anywhere in the Twin Cities in 15 minutes.
