Great place, great location

This apartment was clean and nice. We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was also great. So close to the airport, Mall of America, and downtown Minneapolis. So glad we found this place.

Perfect for our needs

We stayed with our kids and grandparents to make coming to/from a wedding easier. Was perfect for having a “home” between wedding activities so we could stay on a good schedule. Close to grocery stores and parks for the kids.

Homecomming Football

Stayed with inlaws. Only issue was the noise from tennents upstairs. Only wish was a patio to sit outdoors. Place was plenty spacious, clean, had all we needed! Very comfortable. Thank you!

The building has 4 units, we were on the mailfloor. The unit was clean and had all that we needed. We did need additional set of sheets during our stay (for the sofa bed) and Emily got back to me in minutes and had the sheets to us incredibly fast. The building itself was charming with it's old-build quirks which didn't bother us but could be a factor if you had little kids (noisy floors & doors, and upstairs noise carries if there are renters in that unit). We chose this rental as it was close to the area we were in St Paul to visit so for us the location was great and easy access to freeways to get around the City. We would stay here again for sure.
