Very comfortable and clean

We had a nice weekend visiting friends. The apartment was great. The beds were very comfortable.The kitchen had all the things we needed. I appreciate the ear plugs, but the university kids were only noisy on Saturday night.

We stayed for a graduation ceremony. Location was very close to CSP. Unit was spacious and allowed us the hang as a family. Kitchen was well appointed.

Pleasant

Nice place, safe neighborhood, central location to all surrounding cities and suburbs. The only thing that was not great was the TV in the living room and the couches were a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, very pleasant.

Nice place, zero complaints. Host will help you almost immediately if needed. Can walk/bike to shops & restaurants, but house is in a quiet neighborhood. Bonus: Bunnies in the yard.

A Perfect Home Away from Home

This was hands-down one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve ever had! The home truly felt like a perfect home away from home for our family of three (and little dog!). It was warm, cozy, quiet, and equipped with everything we needed for a week in St. Paul.The neighborhood is delightful, with charming local shops and grocery stores nearby, making it easy to settle in and feel like locals. The home itself is thoughtfully designed, beautifully decorated, and even more inviting than the photos suggest. Every detail has been considered, and nothing was lacking. It was super helpful to have a private parking area as well.Communication with our hosts was seamless and straightforward, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. Thank you for such a fantastic stay—we’ll absolutely be back!

The apartment and guests are well cared for by hostesses.

We stayed in apartment 4 for a few weeks in the summer. Upon arrival, we found it to be clean and welcoming. There are extra bed linens if needed and plenty of towels (we were 2-3 guests at a time). The hostesses considered just about every detail in designing and stocking the home. It seemed several guests may have contributed to the apartment by leaving various kitchen and cleaning items, and we did the same. It was a pleasure to stay here and the hostesses were outstanding. We were there during a Minnesota heat wave (mid 90s) and one air conditioning unit was not working properly, but if you don’t use the oven/stove during those times, it is somewhat manageable. Plus, it gives you an excuse to explore some of the fabulous restaurants like Yum, Shish, and more close by, as well as Whole Foods and Kowalskis! Thank you to our wonderful hostesses and those who enjoyed apartment 4 before us!
