Discover serenity in our brand-new tiny cabins nestled beneath the darkest skies. Escape to seclusion, where each unit offers a cozy haven surrounded by Kanab’s breath taking vistas. Immerse yourself in tranquility, away from the hustle of town, and experience a retreat that combines modern comfort with the charm of a secluded getaway.

Relax on our patio, or our 2nd level decks, which were specifically designed to take in the AMAZING views!

The Cedars, where small spaces meet big vistas!

This cabin is located on 15 acres of untouched hillside (along with our 6 other cabins), overlooking another 400 acres of cattle pasture. The cabins are “tiny”, but we think you’ll be surprised at how BIG they actually feel. The open lofts have a queen size bed and access to the AMAZING walkout decks. The bathrooms also feel big for a tiny house, and have an amazing shower!
The location is 7 miles east of Kanab so you will have quick access to all the amazing restaurants, grocery stores, and shops you want, without all the hustle and bustle of traffic, people and sounds. We think you’re going to love it here.

Our units CAN sleep 4, however, we would not recommend more than 2 adults as the sofa bed is quite small!

Awesome Location

Awesome location a short drive from town. The location of the loft gives you amazing views! We stayed in #2, highly recommended as this is the furthest out and feels isolated. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful view

Very clean tiny home. Loved the upstairs balcony and views of the night sky. Close to the city, but far enough away for a quiet evening. Only suggestion would be some larger hand soaps for sink and shower and maybe a small table for beside the bed....other than that, enjoyed the stay.

Cozy Mini House just outside of Kanab.

Efficiently laid out property with plenty of charm. It was perfect for myself, wife and 5 year old son. It’s right off Hwy 89 but you don’t hear any road noise at night sleeping. Shower is spacious for the house size and kitchen had everything we needed, including a hot plate. Would definitely stay in this house again next time I’m in the area

Absolutely Perfect

My husband and I stayed, and met friends that also stayed in the area, for 4 nights and it was perfect! The location is a perfect distance from town and to Zion and Bryce, allowing day trips to be convenient. Kanab is adorable, and the property location of the Tiny House is quiet with beautiful views from the upper balcony and lower patio. The house provided for everything we needed. A suggestion would be to provide body wash in the shower (shampoo and conditioner were provided), as the small wrapped soaps didn't lather or provide much cleaning ability after a sandy day of hikes. Other than that, we couldn't have been happier. We look forward to future trips!
