The house smelled very moldy and there were ants all over the main level. Also, the air conditioning was very hard to regulate. If those things could be remedied, it would be a great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. Accommodated our family of 6, ranging from 14 to 84. Pretty much everything in the house was updated. Beds comfortable, pool kept clean, nice, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed seeing the wildlife in the water runoff behind the fence.Not really walking distance to any restaurants or bars as listed but still close to drive to major roads and shopping/restaurants.

Labor Day dive trip

We couldn’t have asked for a better home to rent and enjoy our trip. The home was clean and had any and everything needed to enjoy our time together with dear friends. Beautiful property

This home is beautiful with lots of upgraded appliances. Location was great for our visit to spring training. I have to agree with a previous review that the upstairs bedroom with the 2 single beds is very warm and does not cool down like the rest of the home. We purchased a fan and left it for future guests to enjoy. The common area sleeping space is the couch. There is no pull out so that is also a little misleading in the description.

Bedroom with twin beds had no ventilation. Room very warm and unable to comfortably sleep in. Listing stated double bed in common area and it was referring to a sectional sofa not a sofa sleeper. Overall house is beautifully done. But really only suitable for 3 couples.

We are surprised by this review. Gretchen did reach out via VRBO thread regarding the outlets and shower. This is a new kitchen so it has hidden outlets which we explained the location of them and also how to use the shower that same evening (Thursday). We never received a response and on Saturday, we reached out to her again. Gretchen did not respond until Sunday morning (check out day). Unfortunately, this seems like a miscommunication issue.
