Brand new resort-style pool, ready for all stays July 1 and beyond!

If you’re booking for July or later, you’ll be among the first to experience it!

Come relax & have fun with friends and family on 16 acres! Enjoy the hot tub with a view of beautiful hill country, play pickleball or basketball on the sport court, adventure up the 3 story treehouse, grill out & let the kids play on the playhouse & outdoor mud kitchen! Check out the game building featuring classic arcade games, ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball, & more! End the day with a bonfire or relaxing in a hammock on the porch. The perfect getaway!

**PLEASE NOTE - We do not allow check-outs on Saturdays. Any Saturday checkout requests have to be confirmed prior to booking. For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have one exterior security camera located at the front door facing the driveway.

50th Birthday

This was the perfect place to kick back and relax for my 50th birthday. We enjoyed the beautiful views and had a great time playing games, as we are a competitive group! The house was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely come back to this place!!

Excellent Easter Getaway

The property was just what we expected and wanted. Our grandkids hung out in the game building or on the pickleball court. Disk golf was fun and we even spent a fair amount of time in the three story tree-house. We didn't have any complaints from our group.

Great Stay!

Our family, 8 adults and 8 children (ages 1-9), had a great time staying here for two nights. The kids especially enjoyed the zip line, mud kitchen, and sports court. Overall, having a lot of outdoor space to explore was so valuable for the kids. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking supplies and the property was very clean and well-maintained. We used the loft area as a sleeping area for adults, but I would recommend it for teenagers or older kids as the ladder isn't great for adults but it is sufficient. We also enjoyed the game room, fire pit, and tree house. Elle was great with communication prior to our stay, and also while we were there. She answered all of my questions, and was very helpful. Thanks for the great stay!

Hey, since arriving we have had a few things pop up that we would like addressed . 1. Roaches in the main cabin. In the bunk room we have found several in the bed. There are flies also and they were in the cabin before we arrived, which we get happens, but having fly traps are probably a must around here. Small cabin I killed a stink bug, but I do get this is country…. 2. I get that the arcade is a garage, but it was pretty dirty and spiders galore. We spent time cleaning it. 3. Trash cans didn’t have liners. We found big bags but not small liners. Do you have anything for those? We found trash still in the small cabin. 4. The ice machine has mold… Other appliances like hand-mixer were dirty. It probably is a good idea to wipe down daily used appliances between guest. 5. In arcade the terminator game is not working and the left gun is broken on the wire. Also the left rear burner knob is broken.The above message was sent and addressed. But they said they would refund the cleaning fee and then failed to do so stating that we had more people stay than was agreed upon, which is not true and they said their pest person and cleaning people had time stamped pictures proving others wise. Not sure how, we didn’t make this up. Didn’t appreciate they went back on their word.
